IDP is pleased to announce that the laser engraver for ID cards, SMART-70X is now officially released.

SMART-70X is a laser engraving module for SMART-70 series that can be used for issuing secure cards for Government, National ID, Banking, etc. where high level of security is required.

With the unique modular concept of SMART-70 series, SMART-70X can be used as a stand-alone laser engraver or with other SMART-70 modules.

Magnetic stripe, contact and contactless encoder can be installed inside of the SMART-70X and high security features such as CLI (Changeable Laser Image), MRZ (Machine Readable Zone), Tactile effect, Micro text are supported.

The SMART-70X will be a perfect solution for laser personalization of plastic cards with its advantage of affordability and scalability.
